The Special Projects Officer (SPO) is an important role, enabling the Executive Director (ED) to work most effectively with internal and external stakeholders and fulfill her commitments to ONE Neighborhood Builders’ (ONE|NB) partners, funders, and the Board of Directors. The role requires a combination of research, project coordination, and administrative support. The position requires a candidate who is flexible, persistent, and independent. The SPO will regularly be asked to quickly respond to new responsibilities and must be able to see tasks through to completion with minimal oversight from the ED.
