  On March 23rd, ONE Neighborhood Builders, a Community Development Corporation based in Providence, held an Open House for the new Elmwood Financial Center at 770 Broad Street in Providence. After a soft opening on February 1, ONE|NB’s Elmwood Financial Center has hosted Homebuyer Education classes and counseling sessions, as well as walk-in clients looking for answers to financial questions.
