One Neighborhood Builders, one of the state’s leading nonprofit affordable housing developers and community development corporations, is thrilled to launch a new logo and brand identity for the organization.

The rebranding honors the organization’s history, builds upon transformative growth experienced in recent years, and begins a new chapter for One Neighborhood Builders’ statewide visibility.

The existing logo and brand identity have been utilized since 2015, when the Olneyville Housing Corporation merged with Community Works RI to become ONE Neighborhood Builders. The use of ‘ONE’ was an intentional nod to the merging of the organizations’ independent work in the Olneyville and Elmwood neighborhoods of Providence. Now, the organization has affordable housing developments beyond those neighborhoods, with construction underway in the Federal Hill neighborhood of Providence as well as developments in East Providence, Central Falls, and Cumberland.

When the current One Neighborhood Builders team embarked on this brand identity refresh, they sought to explore and achieve several key objectives, namely, to eliminate the capitalization of ‘ONE’ for simplified and streamlined communications, identify a logomark/icon that can stand alone in marketing collateral, and provide the organization with an updated and refreshed look to reflect the significant changes and trajectory.
