Tonya Johnson

Tonya is our Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations.  With over 30 years of experience working in the non-profit industry, Tonya brings a wealth of knowledge in public policy, budgeting, and process improvement. Prior to Joining One Neighborhood Builders Tonya worked for Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence, where she provided strategic and operational leadership. She helped guide the CCADV through the COVID-19 Pandemic by modernizing their approach for service delivery. Tonya is passionate about creating systems to support vulnerable communities.

Tonya received a bachelor’s degree at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her master’s in public administration from American International College. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
