One Neighborhood Builders is trying to fill two to three commercial spaces on the ground floor of its new mixed-use five-story building going up at the corner of Knight Street at 434 Atwells Ave. Since the building is under construction, One Neighborhood Builders wants to get its commercial tenants signed up so they can use the crew that's already on the site to reduce the total costs for a build-out.

PBN: One Neighborhood Builders gets $3M loan from Rhode Island Foundation for apartment development

Published by PBN Staff, 10/1/25   EAST PROVIDENCE – One Neighborhood Builders has secured a $3 million loan from the Rhode Island Foundation for the first phase of its Center City Apartments development in the city. The loan announced Wednesday allows the nonprofit to secure financing for the first 95 apartments of the 144-unit development spanning three buildings along Taunton Avenue.
