(WLNE) — East Providence officials said the Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank donated $480,188 in Housing Infrastructure Grant funding to help create affordable housing in the City. The grant will be used towards the development of Center City Apartments, an affordable housing development by ONE Neighborhood builders.
