We were proud to gather alongside partners, neighbors, and local leaders to break ground on Center City Apartments, our largest development to date. This long-awaited project will transform a once-blighted site into a vibrant community with 144 affordable homes, thoughtful amenities, and dedicated supportive services for the families who need them most. Supporters Can Testify in Support of the Legislation The Rhode Island House Health & Human Services Committee is scheduled to hear testimony on House Bill 5849, the Rhode Island Equity Zone Act, on Thursday, March 27 at the Rise of the House, typically around 4:30 pm, in the House Lounge.
