Property Photos & Amenities

Each of these five compact homes features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and 750 square feet of living space. They were designed for households earning between 70% and 100% of the Area Median Income. The design of Sheridan Small Homes prioritizes energy efficiency, integrating all-electric systems, rooftop solar panels, and a compact layout, all built to meet rigorous environmental standards. These elements contribute to lower energy bills and promote a more sustainable community.
