Lanni Navarro is our People Operations Generalist at ONE|NB and a proud Rhode Island native. With years of experience in administration and human resources, she is passionate about supporting people and building strong workplace and community connections. Outside the office, she enjoys DIY projects, working out, and spending time in nature. Currently, Lanni is pursuing her HR certification.
