Debra Foye

Debra is our Real Estate Accountant. Born and raised in Wisconsin, she worked for almost 10 years as a project manager for the State of Michigan Revolving Loan Program, part of the Federal Clean Water State Revolving Fund that administers low-interest loans for improvements to drinking water, wastewater, and storm-water infrastructure. Deciding to concentrate on accounting, she interned at a real estate development company in Royal Oak, MI, and most recently as a client accounting associate with UHY Advisors in Farmington Hills, MI.  Debra has earned a bachelor of science from the University of Wisconsin, followed by her master’s at Purdue University. She also earned an accounting certificate from the University of Washington. Debra now calls Rhode Island home and is excited to have come full circle, once again working for the benefit of the public, this time in the much-needed areas of housing and community development.
