Danielle Blasczak is our assistant director of data and systems. She has more than 18 years of nonprofit experience in Rhode Island, and she specializes in data analysis and management. She is a Strategic Data Partner Fellowship graduate, led by the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University, where she was able to grow advanced analytic capacity, develop clear priorities and plans for data and data systems, build organizational willingness to use data for decision-making, and uncover valuable insight about performance. Prior to joining ONE|NB, Danielle was manager of research and evaluation at Highlander Institute. However, before she made her transition to education, much of her career was spent in fundraising, working for Brown University and Rhode Island Public Radio. She is excited to use her unique skill set to make a lasting difference in the community that she so deeply loves.
