Proposal to build 46 affordable apartments by converting the former police station into 17 units and by constructing new 29-unit, 4-story building on Broad Street in Central Falls.
O desenvolvimento em duas partes consiste em:
- 17 apartments, including one studio, 15 one-bedroom, and 1 two-bedroom apartments in the rehabilitated former police station at 509-511 Broad Street. One unit will be ADA compliant.
- A new 29-unit, 4-story apartment building will be constructed across the street at 524 Broad Street. The building will include 4 one-bedroom, 18 two-bedroom, and 7 three-bedroom apartments. Two units will be ADA compliant.
- Todos os apartamentos serão acessíveis a residentes com rendimentos não superiores a 60% do rendimento médio da zona. Para uma unidade de dois quartos, o rendimento exigido não deve ser superior a $52.260. O rendimento máximo para se qualificar para um apartamento de 3 quartos a 60% AMI é de $60.360.
