Income Requirements
Eligibility for our apartments is based on household income, the number of people in the household, and Area Median Income (AMI). AMI is a key metric used to determine eligibility for affordable housing; it is calculated by determining the median income for a specific geographic area, adjusted for household size. Please note that this is not subsidized housing, and we do not offer income-based vouchers.
