  • Highlights

    • Preservation of the former St. Patrick Church.
    • 42 new apartments, all of which will be available for households earning up to 60% of the area’s median income, which equates to $52,900/year for a family of four.

St. Patrick’s Place (formerly called “The Sanctuary”) is a proposed adaptive reuse of the former St. Patrick Church and rectory. The church, while currently unused, is structurally sound and would be redeveloped into 21 apartments. The rectory would be redeveloped into 12 apartments, and 9 new townhomes would be constructed along Broad Street, ensuring the residential neighborhood character of the corridor is preserved.
