Broad Street Revitalization

Broad Street Revitalization is a  four building mixed-use project in Elmwood that runs along the neighborhood’s main street, Broad Street.  It’s made up of 25 affordable apartments and commerical and community space.  Tenants include The Elmwood Financial Center and ONE|NB partner, Project Weber/RENEW.
