ONE Neighborhood Builders is among the 16 recipients chosen to receive funding from National Fair Housing Alliance (NFHA) $8.3 million Inclusive Communities Fund Grant Program.

These funds are aimed to help promote equitable housing opportunities and create stable, healthy, and viable communities. The grant program is intended to invest fair housing settlement funds — part of last year’s historic $35 million settlement with Fannie Mae — into neighborhoods or populations that have been destabilized by housing discrimination and empower all individuals to access safe, sustainable, and fair housing choices and well-resourced neighborhoods.

ONE Neighborhood Builders is honored to be a recipient of this grant and will use these funds to build on and expand homeownership opportunities for BIPOC individuals/families in Greater Providence through the creation of affordable and energy-efficient homes for first-generation and/or first-time homebuyers.
