- 39 senior affordable apartments, including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments for the LGBTQ community
- Apartments age-restricted to 55 years
As co-development partners, One Neighborhood Builders and Aldersbridge Communities plan to develop a portion of the East Point development along the northern edge of the property along Bourne Avenue. The project will offer 39 senior affordable apartments for the LGBTQ community. The proposed building is a four-story, wood frame, slab on grade, elevator serviced building.
The apartments will be age restricted to 55 years. Living amongst other peers and having daily interaction in a variety of amenity spaces including the community room, gallery area, sitting rooms, reading room, management offices and an outdoor courtyard. These amenities and spaces encourage sociability, activity, independence, and good health.
