Communities within the ONE Neighborhood Builders’ portfolio, which Peabody Properties will now oversee management of, include 36 apartments at Sutton Place in East Providence; a total of 370 apartments clustered in ten development projects in the Olneyville and Elmwood neighborhoods of Providence: Amherst Gardens, Olney Village, Olneyville REDUX, Riverside Gateway, Adelaide Apartments, King Street Commons, Elmwood Neighborhood Revitalization II, Broad Street Revitalization, Parkis Historic Properties, and Villa Victoria; as well as 40 scattered-site apartments located across the Olneyville and Elmwood neighborhoods.
